Biography

Prior to Southern:
Matthew Underwood is a tight end from Jenks, Oklahoma, who attended Holland Hall High School. Over the course of his high school career, he earned four varsity letters in football from 2021 to 2024. He was part of the team that won the state championship in 2021 and received All-District First Team honors for his performance on the field. In addition to football, he was a four-year letterman in basketball, playing from 2021 to 2024.
 
Personal:
Matthew, the son of Brian and Amy Underwood, plans to pursue a degree in Business at Southern.
