Brock Simmons spent the 2024 season at Arkansas State University, he prepped at Harrison High School in Harrison, Arkansas. During his high school career, he earned three varsity letters from 2021 to 2024. As an offensive lineman, he made 33 consecutive starts and tallied 85 knockdown blocks. He was named All-Conference in both his junior (2022-2023) and senior (2023-2024) years for his consistent performance on the offensive line.
