Prior to Southern:
Logan Decker is a safety from Neosho, Missouri, attending New Heights Christian Academy. Throughout his high school career, he earned three varsity letters in football (2022-2024). Over his three seasons, he accumulated 6,427 passing yards with 91 touchdowns and 2,672 rushing yards with 38 rushing touchdowns. In 2024, he recorded 97 tackles and 5 interceptions. He was named All-Area First Team and All-District First Team as both a quarterback and defensive back in 2024 and earned All-State Third Team honors as a quarterback. In 2024, he was also honored as the All-Area Co-Offensive Player of the Year.
 
In addition to football, Decker was a standout in track, golf, and basketball. He was a two-year varsity letterman in track, earning multiple state qualifications and finishing in All-State for high jump and long jump in 2023. In golf, he was a three-year letterman and qualified for state in 2021 and 2022, earning All-District honors and finishing in the top 11 at the state tournament in 2023. Logan also earned two varsity letters in basketball. Academically, Decker was a member of the National Honor Society and earned Honor Roll recognition all four years.

Logan is the son of Dan and Jenni Decker, and family member to Zane and Bethany Sutherlin, Landon, Chelsey, MSSU Alumni Joseph, Mikayla, MSSU Alumni Kaden, and Malea Decker, plans to pursue a degree in Business at Southern
