Biography

Prior to Southern
Momon joins Missouri Southern after a standout career at Bryant High School in Arkansas, where he starred as a linebacker and running back under coach Quad Sanders. A two-time All-State selection as a junior and senior, Momon also earned All-Conference honors during both his freshman and sophomore seasons. He led his team in tackles while developing into one of the state's top defensive performers. In addition to football, Momon excelled in track and field, earning All-Conference honors while competing in the triple jump and shot put. He posted personal bests of 44-11 in the triple jump and 52-3 in the shot put.

Gavin, the son of Shabrina Coney and Will Coney, is pursuing a degree in Finance at Southern.
