Prior to Southern
LeFlore comes to Southern after spending the 2024 season at the University of Tennessee-Martin, where he played in three games before suffering a season-ending injury and redshirting. In 2023, he played in all 11 games for the Skyhawks, starting one game at running back, and helped UTM win the inaugural Big South-OVC Football Association championship. He rushed for 382 yards and four touchdowns on 70 carries while averaging 5.5 yards per carry. LeFlore also caught four passes for 26 yards and returned 18 kickoffs for 470 yards, including a 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown against Houston Christian.

LeFlore earned multiple postseason honors following the 2023 season, including second-team All-Big South-OVC Football Association honors as a kick returner, second-team Phil Steele All-Conference honors as a kick returner, second-team FCS Football Central All-Conference honors, and third-team Phil Steele All-Conference honors as a running back and all-purpose player.

Prior to UTM, LeFlore spent three seasons at McKendree University, where he played in 21 games and totaled 1,209 rushing yards and nine touchdowns on 211 carries. In 2022, he rushed for 696 yards and six touchdowns while adding 418 receiving yards and a touchdown. He earned GLVC Offensive Player of the Week honors after rushing for a career-high 180 yards and three touchdowns against Missouri S&T. He also returned 22 kickoffs for 469 yards during his McKendree career.

LeFlore prepped at Chatham High School, where he recorded 1,455 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns while earning All-State and All-Conference honors. He added 367 receiving yards and four touchdown receptions. Prior to Chatham HS, LeFlore played three seasons at Lamphier High School, where he earned three All-Conference honors.

Narkel, the son of Tonketa LeFlore, earned a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and is pursuing a second bachelor's degree in History Education at Southern.
