Biography

Prior to Southern
Porter transfers to Missouri Southern after attending East Mississippi Community College. The Meridianville, Alabama, native, was a two-time all-state and two-time all-conference player at Virgil I Grissom High School as a defensive back. Porter also earned all-area newcomer of the year. Over his career at Virgil I Grissom HS, he notched 10 touchdowns, 1,200 all-purpose yards, 10 interceptions, three pick sixes, 45 tackles and 27 pass breakups playing on both sides of the ball.
