Missouri Southern State University Athletics

Prior to Southern - Played five sports during his high school career for the South Callaway Bulldogs...was the 2013 & 2014 MO Class 2 State Champion Long Jump...earned All-State in the 4x100 relay and long jump...All-District honors in the 4x100 relay, 4x200 relay, and long jump...set school records in the long jump, 22'4.5", and 4x100 relay, 44.9 seconds...on the gridiron Rudroff earned First Team All-District honors at defensive back and running back, First Team All-State at Defensive Back, Second Team All-State all purpose back...on the basketball court earned Second Team All-Conference honors at guard...lettered for three years in golf while earning All-Conference honors...earned one letter while only playing one year in baseball starting as a pitcher/right fielder for the Bulldogs.

Personal - A Nursing major at Southern...son of Zack and Jennifer Hess...has two siblings, Gaaron and Bennett.
