2015 - Indoor - Competed in five events during the indoor season for the Lions ... Had a third place finish in the mile at the Jayhawk Classic, finishing in a time of 4:32.14 ... placed second in the 3k at Central Missouri, turning in a time of 9:01.06 ... was 15th in the 5k at the MIAA Championships where he finished in a time of 15:38.89. 
Outdoor - Started the outdoor season with a win at Pittsburg State in the steeple, finishing in a time of 9:50.06 ... followed that up with a 9:46.81 in the steeple at SBU, placing third ... Added another win at PSU in the 5k, finishing in a time of 15:34.54 ... Won the steeple at Missouri S&T with a time of 9:47.39 and just missed All-MIAA honors with a fourth-place finish in the steeple at the MIAA Championships, recording a career-best of 9:35.99.

2014 -  Indoor - Set a career best in the mile event with a time of 4:36.59 at the MSSU "Southern" Invite... Placed tenth in the MSSU "Southern" Invite in the 3000m with a time of 9:19.75... Finished eighth in the MSSU Lion Invite 3000m event with a time of 8:58.51... Ran a career best 8:54.10 in the 3000m event at the 2014 OBU Indoor Invite... Outdoor - Finished fourth in the PSU "Wendy's" Invite 3000 Steeple event with a time of 9:59.46... At the State Farm Emporia State Relays, placed fourth in the 3000m Steeple with a time of 9:54.63... Won the 3000m Steeple event at the Missouri S&T "Dewey Allgood" Invite with a time of 9:54.48... Set a career best 9:45.74 time in the 3000m Steeple in a tenth place finish at the MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2013 - Indoor - Redshirted...Outdoor - Competed in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the MIAA Championships where he ran 10:36.7... Competed in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Bill Williams/ Bob Laptad Invite running 10:21.01... Ran the 5000 meters at the PSU Gorilla Classic where he finished seventh running 15:57.15... Competed in both the 3000 meters (9:18.98) and 5000 meters (16:06.28) at the ESU Relays.

Prior to Southern - A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at DeSoto Senior High School in DeSoto, Mo., Henry was a three-time all-conference selection in cross country, while being named all-state his final two years.  On the track, Henry was all-district in the 800m and mile, while being an all-state selection in the mile.

Personal - Son of Michael and Sarah Henry ... has a younger brother, Colby ... major at Southern is Finance
