2013 - Appeared in six games at punter as a junior totaling 16 punts for 606 yards, an average of 37.9 yards, forcing three fair catches and two boots inside the 20-yard line....Booted a season-high six punts for 240 yards, a 40 yard average, at Northeastern State including a season-long 44 yard punt...Also punted four times for 152 yard, a 38 yard average, at Southest Baptist.
2012 - Punting in 10 of the Lions 11 games (except Missouri Western), O'Neill averaged 36.6 yards per punt booting 38 punts for a total of 1392 yards with a season-long 67 twice in games against South Dakota School of Mines and Northwest Missouri. Had six kicks over 50 yards, including a pair against Mines while forcing 13 fair catches and pinning eight punts inside the opponent's 20-yard line on the year.
Prior To Southern - O'Neill comes to Southern after a season at Blinn JC in Texas ... Prior to Blinn, O'Neill played his high school ball at West Brook High School in Beaumont, Texas where he was a starter at both place kicker and punter ... He also started two years at goal keeper on the soccer team ... O'Neill helped his team to a spot in the third round of the Division 5A Texas State Playoffs.
