2014 - Fulgham did not appear for the Lions this season.

2013 - Fulgham appeared in seven games along the defensive line as a junior as he made eight tackles, three solo on the season...Recorded a season-high three stops, one solo, in Southern's win at home over Lindenwood-Belleville while also tallying two tackles at South Dakota School of Mines.

Prior to Southern - A two-year starter at defensive tackle for coach Bob Majeski at Dodge City Community College, Fulgham III was a 2012 All-Jayhawk Conference honorable mention, while combining for 69 tackles, including 43 solo, over his two-years playing for the Conquistadors … also collected three pass break-ups, four sacks and four forced fumbles over his two-year career …  A 2011 graduate of Brother Martin High School in New Orleans, LA, Fulgham III was a three-year starter at offensive guard being named All-State his senior year … Named to the top 100 players in the state of Louisiana and named to the 2011 Class Louisiana Sleeper Team- Offense by LA Magazine … Teammate of fellow MSSU signee Chris Williams.
