2009-10: Cross country: Competed inevery meet for the Lions... placed 12th at the ArkansasInvitational with a time of 15:15.8 for the 4k course... had aseason best 5k at the MSSU Stampede, placing 21st with a time of18:26.10... earned All-MIAA status with a time of 22:24.60 to place7th, helping the team to a fourth consecutive championship and aMIAA record low score of 18-point... at the South CentralRegional Championship, helped the team to again score 18 pointswith a 10th place finish, completing the 6k course in a season best22:11, earning All-Regional status... at the NCAA DII Championshipmeet helped the Lions to the highest place in MSSU history with a3rd place finish, racing the course in a time of 23:12.60 andfinishing 111th.; Indoor: Did not compete;Outdoor: Did not compete.

2008-09: Cross country: Participatedin every meet for the Lions as a first year runner ... earned All-MIAA Honorable Mention status placing 11th at the MIAA CrossCountry Championships with a time of 23:29.41 ... had a time of20:19.5 at the Southern Stampede helping the Lions to a 2nd placefinish ... also helped the Lions defend their title at SouthCentral Regional Championships finishing with a time of 23:11 ...Pineda also raced at the NCAA DII National Championships in SlipperRock, Pa. with a time of 23:44

In high school: Participated in Cross Countryfor the Monett Cubs ... was also a distance runner for Coach AllenSpencer on the Track and Field team
