2009-10: Cross country: Had a season best 5k with a time of 19:07.07 at the MSSU Stampede placing 58th... ran a 19:36.10 at the GLVC-MIAA Challege to place 29th.; Indoor: Placed 11th in the mile run with a time of 5:29.01 at the MSSU Radioshack Invitational... finished 9th in the mile at the MSSU Baymont Inn/Fazoli's Invite with a season best 5:20:02... ran a season best 3k at the UCM Invitational with a time of 11:07.66 to place 4th... at the MIAA Championships placed 6th in the 800m run with a time of 2:23.15 and was All-MIAA with the 1st place DMR team.; Outdoor: Placed 6th in the 1500m run at the U of A John McDonnell Invite with a time of 4:48.02... ran 2:18.93 in the 800m at the KU Relays, placing 6th... was 2nd in the 800m run at the Bob Laptad/Bill Williams Invite with a time of 2:19.24... ran a season best in the 800m at the U of A Twilight with a time of 2:16.85, placing 16th... at the MIAA Championships competed in the 800m and 1500m runs, placing 9th and 14th, respectively.
