2009-10: Indoor: Competed in the 60m (8.67) and 200m dash (28.77) at the MSSU Baymont Inn/Fazoli's Invite... had a season best in the 200m dash at the UCM Mule Relays with a time of 28.48... competed in the 60m dash at the MIAA Championships running 8.48, placing 21st.; Outdoor: At the U of A John McDonnell Invite competed in the 100m (13.47) and 200m dash (27.50), placing 12th and 13th, respectively... had season best in the 200m dash at the Arkansas Twilight in a time of 27.35, placing 31st... at the MIAA Championship, competed in the 100m dash in a season best 13.21, placing 17th. Also competed in the 200m dash (21st) and the 4th place 4x100m relay (48.83), helping the lions to a 3rd consecutive MIAA outdoor championship.

In high school: Qualified for MSHSAA track & field Championships in 100m dash and 4x200m relay as a junior and senior... set  school records for the Indians in 100m dash adn 200m dash... was Conference champion in 100m dash, 4x200m relay and 4x100m relay earning All-Conference honors... a four year varsity starter for Seneca High School and Coach McClain... Cook was also a two year starter at outside hitter in volleybal
