2016 - Started in all 50 games he played in ... A second-team All-MIAA pick ... led the MIAA and was 22^nd nationally in doubles with 20 ... saw time at third base, shortstop and second base ...ranked ninth in the MIAA in triples, while ranking 13^th in total bases ... second on the team with ten home runs and tied for the team lead in triples, while ranking second in slugging.

2015 - Appeared and started in all 54 games at third base for the lions ... Gorski was a force for the Lions with a .354 average (73-for-206) a .529 slugging percentage and a .404 on base percentage ... He had 48 runs 11 doubles 2 triples 7 home runs and drove in 41 for the lions and was second on the team in stolen bases (8) ... On the defensive side he added 28 putouts and 115 assists with .935 fielding percentage

Prior to Southern - Richie transfers to Missouri Southern after spending the previous two seasons at University of Illinois.  Richie redshirted during the 2013 season and saw action in four games at either third base or in a pinch hitting role during the 2014 season. In his senior year at Streamwood H.S. Richie had a .383 AVG, .432 OBP, with 8 2B, 5 3B, 1 HR, and recorded a 1.38 ERA in 45 innings pitched.  As a junior he posted a .405 average, seven doubles, two triples, five home runs, 36 RBIs and 33 runs and notched a 4-1 record with a 1.91 ERA in 18 1/3 innings on the mound in 2011. 

Personal - Richie is the son of Richard Gorski, Sr. and Sandra Campos and will major in Health Promotion at Missouri Southern.
