2022 - Competed at the MIAA Championships finishing with a 6k personal best time of 24:29.7 on Nov. 5 ... Ran a personal best time of 20:31.9 in the 5k race at the DBU Old Glory Gallup on Oct. 15.

Prior to Southern - Elliott prepped at Belleville West High School where she was involved in the cross country, track and field and basketball teams... Holds the schools record time in cross country at 17:29 and was a four year state qualifier, a first team All-Metro performer and three time first team All-Conference performer... Personal best times of 2:29 in the 800 meter, 5:28 in the 1,600 meter, 11:31 in the 3,200 and 17:29 in the three mile runs.

Personal - Alyssa is the daughter of Stacy and Steven Elliott and is a secondary education major at Southern.
