Edmond, Okla. - The Missouri Southern baseball team traveled to take on the University of Central Oklahoma Bronchos in a conference matchup. The Bronchos took an early lead and held on for the win.

Central Oklahoma got on the board in the third inning and added to their lead in the fifth, sixth, and seventh, keeping the Lions off the board for a 5-0 win.
Jake Leeker recorded two hits, including a double, while
Ethan Clark and
Brayden Luikart each added a hit.
Keaton Anderson pitched 6.0 innings, striking out two while facing 27 batters.
Walker Sweet followed with 1.0 inning in relief, adding one strikeout over six batters.
Drew Piaskowy closed out the game with 1.0 inning pitched, striking out two of the three batters he faced.
