Kansas City, Mo. - The Missouri Southern Men's Golf team wrapped up their second and final round on Tuesday, March 19 at the Capra Men's Invitational, shooting 18 over par that tied with Rockhurst University to which the Lions came on top in a one-hole playoff.
Tradgon McCrae finished second overall with a 146 total score which was only one stroke behind the leader.
Josh Hamnett finished tied for fourth individually after shooting a 147 total score over the two rounds.
Ben Marckmann placed tied for eight individually, shooting a 150 total score for the Lions.
Luis Limón shot a total score of 151, which placed him 11th overall individually at the Invitational.
Connor Williamson rounded out the team play for the Lions, shooting a 158 total score which secured him tied for 21st individually.
Blake Heimburger also competed for the Lions individually and finished tied for 24th with a 159 total score
The Men will travel to Monkey Island, Oklahoma to compete in a designated MIAA event on April 1-2 at Shangri La Golf Resort.
