St. Joseph, Mo. - The Missouri Southern men's cross country team took fifth place at the Griffon Invite hosted by Missouri Western State University.

The Lions would finish fifth overall with a team score of 100. Crossing the line in seventh place was Jaden Deaton with a time of 24:43.06.
