Joplin, Mo. - The MSSU Athletic Department has announced the dates for the Lion Pride Luncheons for the spring of 2024. Open to the general public, the Luncheon provides insight on upcoming games, events in the athletic department & on campus. Meet the coaches, players & fellow Lions fans, listening to Missouri Sports Hall of Fame member Mike McClure emcee the event. All three scheduled luncheons will take place at 12:00 PM in the alumni room of the North Endzone Facility located north of Fred G. Hughes Stadium. The cost is $12.00, $10.00 for Lionbackers, and includes food, drink and a "Q&A" session with coaches and select players. January 26 - coaches and student-athletes from men's & women's basketball and men's & women's indoor track & field teams
March 14 - coaches and student-athletes from baseball, softball, men's & women's golf teams
April 25 - coaches and student-athletes from men's & women's outdoor track & field, baseball, softball teams
