Weatherford, Okla. - The Men's Golf team finished up their final round on Tuesday, October 3rd, at Prairie West Golf Club for The Perkins Intercollegiate in Weatherford, Oklahoma shooting a 862 overall team score that placed Southern at 6th overall.  

Tradgon McCrae led the Lions with a 211 total score and finished seventh overall individually of the 57 total competitors.

Luis Limón finished tied for 16th after shooting a 214 total score over the three rounds.

Blake Heimburger shot a total score of 219 which tied him for 28th overall individually at the Intercollegiate.

Zach Gardner and Connor Williamson rounded out team play for the Lions, both shooting a 222 total score which secured them tied for 39th individually.

An additional five individuals competed for the Lions in The Perkins Intercollegiate for individual placings:

Dylan Bagley shot a 217 total score and finished tied for 24th individually.

Josh Hamnett and Alexander Page both shot a 219 total score and finished tied for 28th individually.

Carson Stookey shot a 224 total score and finished 42nd individually.

Tucker Ford rounded out the individuals with a 236 total score and finished tied for 52nd individually.

The MSSU Men's Golf team will travel to St. Joseph, Missouri on October 8-10th as they compete in the Holiday Inn Express Invitational at St, Joseph Country Club.
