Prior To Southern
Williams transfers to Southern from Northern Oklahoma College-Tonkawa after earning First Team All-Conference honors as an infielder and being named the 2026 NJCAA Region 2 Week 1 Player of the Week. Over two seasons at NOC Tonkawa, she compiled a .374 batting average (.421 OB%, .631 SLG%) with 140 hits, 20 home runs, 106 runs scored and 83 RBI while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. She hit .425 over her freshman all-conference season.

Prior to college, Williams starred at Kiefer High School under softball coach Sheldon Fairchild, where she was a four-year softball and four-year basketball letterwinner. She earned four All-Conference selections in softball, three All-Conference selections in basketball and was named the 3A-5 Offensive Player of the Year as a junior. Williams helped lead Kiefer to two softball state tournament appearances and a basketball state tournament berth while also being a member of the National Honor Society.

Faith, the daughter of Paul and Kim Williams, is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at Southern.
