Biography

Prior To Southern
Hensley prepped at Arlington High School under coach Valerie Henry, where she was a four-year softball letterwinner at shortstop. She finished her career with a .449 batting average, collecting 177 hits, 119 RBI, and 158 runs scored. Hensley earned Second-Team All-District honors as a freshman before receiving First-Team All-District recognition each of the next three seasons and was named District Offensive Player of the Year as a junior. She helped lead Arlington HS to two Bi-District championships and earned Academic All-District honors all four years.
