2014 - McBride started all 11 games for the Lions... Finished the season with a team leading 95 total tackles, 48 solo and 47 assisted, and three and half sacks... Also recorded six takeaways, four interceptions and two fumble recoveries... McBride recorded an interception in four consecutive games... Set a season high 14 tackles in a Loss to Fort Hays State... Tied first in the MIAA for interceptions (4) and finished seventh with 8.6 tackles per game... Named Third Team All-MIAA.

2013 - Appeared in nine games at safety as freshman for the Lions, starting the final game at Pittsburg State...Finished fourth on the team in total tackles with 49, 25 solo, and tallied 1.5 tackles for a loss of seven yards, an interception, three pass break-ups and a quarterback hurry...Notched a season-high eight tackles at South Dakota School of Mines while breaking up a pass...Tallied three games of seven tackles each against Missouri Western, Lindenwood-Belleville and Pitttsburg State.

Prior to Southern - McBride played high school football at Miller Grove High School ... A three year starter, he was an All-County, All-Region and All-State selection, playing for coach Damien Wimes.
