Prior to Southern
Nate Bartlett transferred to Missouri Southern from NCAA Division I Ball State. In 2026, he appeared in 12 games at Ball State with one start, recording 10 strikeouts in 14.2 innings. He also spent a season at State Fair Community College, where he made 10 starts in 12 appearances as a redshirt sophomore in 2025. Bartlett posted a 5-1 record, 3.00 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 90 strikeouts in 60 innings at State Fair CC. Started his career at Truman State where he spent two seasons. In 2024, he made nine starts in 12 appearances and recorded 36 strikeouts in 30.1 innings. He redshirted his freshman season at Truman State in 2023.

Bartlett prepped at Summit Christian Academy under head coach John Gage, earning First Team All-Conference honors as a junior and senior. As a senior, he went 6-0 with a 1.49 ERA and 84 strikeouts in 42 innings while batting .394.

Nate, the son of Tim and Amy Bartlett, is pursuing a degree in Communications at Southern. Given name is Nathan Timothy Bartlett. Born in Kansas City, Missouri. Nathan’s father, Tim, played basketball at William Jewell College. Nathan likes golfing, watching sports and playing MLB the Show.
