Biography

Prior to Southern - Youngman played for coach Ryan Bensch at Wichita East High School. A four-year starter for the Blue Aces, Youngman was an honorable mention All-Conference pick, as well as the Defensive Player of the Year in the league as a sophomore. He followed that up with second-team honors and repeating as Defensive POY as a junior. He hit .509 with two home runs and seven doubles last season. This summer, he hit .435 with 39 RBI and two home runs in 40 games for the Wichita Rawlings Prospects.

Personal - The son of Darrell and Patricia Youngman, Dillon plans to major in history and pre-law at Southern.
