Prior To Southern
Frost prepped at Rolla High School, competing in cross country and distance events for the Bulldogs. Her personal bests included 2:21.00 in the 800m, 5:10.00 in the 1,600m, 11:02.00 in the 3,200m, and 18:52.00 in the 5k. A seven-time All-State recipient, she earned All-Conference honors in both track and field and cross country all four years. As a team, Frost and the Bulldogs placed in the top 10 at the MSHAA Championships in both cross country and track and field. She was also a four-time All-Academic honoree and the salutatorian of her class.

Personal
Isabella, the daughter of Susan and Patrick Frost, is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Science/Pre-Med at Southern.
