2012-2013: Adams appeared in 21 games for theLions at forward as a junior starting seven games....averaged 1.7points, 2.2 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game while averaging10.2 minutes per game...Was third on the team in field goalpercentage shooting 14-29 (48.3%) from the field on the yearwhile shooting 42.1% (8-19)from the free-throw line...Recorded acareer-high eight points in the Lions win at home overNebraska-Kearney while also grabbing four rebounds...Notched acareer-high eight rebounds in a win over Central BibleCollege.

Prior to Southern: Adams comes to Southernafter two seasons at William Jewell in Liberty, Mo. ... As asophomore, Adams played in 21 games, averaging eight minutes a gameand two rebounds per game ... As a freshman, Adams played in 28games and averaged 1.4 rebounds per game, while shooting 42 percentfrom the field. 

In High School: Adams prepped at Liberty HighSchool where he started for three years on the basketball court andtwo seasons on the football field ... on the court, Adams was anAll-Conference pick, while helping his team to a District andSectional Championship in 2009 ... on the football field, Adams wasan All-Conference pick at tight end. 

Personal: Adams is the son of Mark and JulieAdams ... he is a physical education major at Southern.
