Prior to Southern
Duff, a four-year letter winner at De Smet High School under the direction of coach Kent Williams, was a two-time All-MCC selection and earned All-State, Metro, and District honors. He is the seventh leading scorer in program history with over 1,100 points and the career leader in made three-pointers with 167, shooting over 40% in three seasons. As a senior, he averaged 18.1 points and 5.4 rebounds while making 62 three-pointers, and as a junior, he averaged 15.4 points and 3.0 rebounds with 60 made three-pointers. He was named to the All-Tournament team at the Circle 7 tournament three times and twice at the Coach's vs. Cancer tournament.
