Webb played at Murray State College from 2021 to 2023, appearing in 60 games with 56 starts. Over two years, she also recorded 329 rebounds, 117 assists, 16 blocks, and 89 steals. Prior to Murray State, Webb attended Ft. Gibson High School, where she was a four-year letter winner under coach Chuck London. She also participated in soccer under coach Billy Whitehead. Webb was part of the Ft. Gibson team that won a state championship in 2018 and finished as runners-up in 2021.
