2017 - Sat out 2017 with a medical redshirt. 

2016 - Played in 23 matches and 13 starts on the season...One of five players to land on the MIAA Fall Academic Honor roll (3.40 GPA) for her second-straight year...Recorded 70 kills, 139 digs, and 12 blocks (all assists)...Finished the season second on the team in service aces with 18...Added a double-double (12 kills, 13 assists) versus Northwestern Oklahoma, which were both season-highs. 

2015 - As a true freshman, Jaeger was the top offensive threat for the Lions in 2015 ... She played in 29 matches, starting in 28 ... She led the team with 2.26 kills per set and was third with 2.06 digs per set ... Finished the season with 47 total blocks ... Had double-digit kills in eight matches, including 18 against Lindenwood and 17 against South Dakota Mines ... Also recorded 14 kills against both Central Oklahoma and Fort Hays State ... A member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Southern - Jaeger hails from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin where she prepped at Oconomowoc High School for coach Michelle Bruss ... A two-time All-Conference (Wisconsin Little Ten) selection, Jaeger was a member of the 2015 Wisconsin Volleyball Coaches Association All-Academic Team ... As a senior, she led the team in digs with 411, as well as digs per set with 3.9 ...She also led the team in attempts with 836 and finnished second in kills with 2.7 per set ... She finished her career with 839 kills and 1,27 digs, averaging 3.4 digs per set. She also played her club ball for the Milwaukee Sting. 

Personal - Jaeger plans to major in business at Missouri Southern and she is the daughter of Jennifer and Ron Jaeger. Her sister, Natalie is a setter at Division I Northwestern State in Louisiana.
