2015 - Finished third on the team in points with five (2G, 1A)...saw action in all 18 matches for the Lions with 6 starts...first goal of the season came in the 6-1 home opening win over Rogers State on Sept. 10...gathered her first assist on the season on the double overtime game winner against Newman two days later...converted a penalty kick in the 69th minute against Southwest Baptist on Sept. 17.

2014 - Appeared in 17 games primarily as midfielder for the Lions with 2 shots-on-goal on 4 attempts... Made a goalkeeper appearance against Northeastern State, allowing one goal and recording 3 saves...

2013 - Played in 10 games at midfielder as a freshman...Notched one goal on the year at Emporia State for two points...Recorded three shots on the season with two on goal for a .667 shot-on-goal percentage. 

Prior to Southern - A four-year letterwinner at Waukee High School in Waukee, Iowa, Cook was a three-time second-team all-conference selection while being a four-time academic all-conference. As a sophomore in 2010 she finished third in the the state in 3A in assists while leading the conference in assists.

Club Play - Played center midfielder for the West Des Moines Freedom and coach Justin Vorster where she helped lead them to three Iowa State Cup Championships while being a two-time Iowa State Cup Champion runner-up. Also played for the Iowa Olympic Development Team reaching state in 2007.

Personal - A Marketing major at Southern...the daughter of Bret and Pam Cook.
