2025 - Ran in 5 meets. Posted a season best 5k of 18:29 at the Southern Stampede Cross Country Meet (9/20/25) where they finished 21st. 

2024 - Ran a personal best time of 18:25.2 in the 5k at the RSU Distance After Dark on Sept 5 ... At the NCAA DII Central Region Championships, ran a 23.19.1m in the 6k on Nov 9.

Prior To Southern
Power prepped at Blue Springs High School, where she competed in cross country for the Wildcats. Her personal best time was 19:07.00 in the 5k. As a senior, Power earned Class 5 All-State honors and was also an All-Conference and All-District recipient in both her junior and senior years.

Ava, the daughter of Bryce Ford, is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at Southern.
