Tiana Simmons is a 5-10 right side/middle blocker from Overland Park, Kansas. She transferred to MSSU from Hutchinson Community College and Chaminade University of Honolulu. Tiana earned All-KJCCC honors in 2024 while at Hutchinson CC, recorded a career-high 18 kills per match, and was named KJCCC Player of the Week. Did not play her freshman season at Chaminade University of Honolulu. She attended Blue Valley High School, earning varsity letters from 2019 to 2022. She was named to the All-State Tournament Team in her senior year and helped her team to a State Championship runner-up finish. Tiana also excelled in track and basketball, earning All-State honors in track and placing third at State in basketball in 2022. Was a member of the National Honor Society from 2020 to 2023.

Tiana is the daughter of Victor and Sunshine Simmons and has two siblings, Amiah and Evaya. She is majoring in Business.
