INDIANAPOLIS – Missouri Southern was selected to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division II Women's Golf Central Regional Championships, the NCAA announced Sunday.
Established in the 2018-19 season, Southern will make its second-ever appearance at the NCAA Division II Central Regional Championship and second in as many seasons.
MSSU will compete at the 2026 NCAA Division II Central Regional May 4-6 at the St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Missouri. The Regional is hosted by St. Joseph, Missouri Sports Commission and Missouri Western State University.
All participants will compete through the 54 holes of competition at the Regional. The top five teams along with the top two individuals not on an advancing team will advance to the championships.
The 2026 NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships will be held May 12-16 at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The number of participants that qualify for the finals is 98.
