WARRENSBURG, Mo. — Missouri Southern wrapped up play at the MIAA Championships on Wednesday, finishing ninth overall after a steady final round.

Caitlin Metcalfe led the Lions on day three with a 76 (+6), while Cierra Tunley added an 80 (+10). Avary Eckert and Maryn Harlow each carded rounds of 81 (+11), with Katarina Chynoranska finishing at 82 (+12) to cap the tournament.

Chynoranska paced Southern for the week, placing 17th overall at +22 and highlighting the event with a second-round 69 (-1). Metcalfe finished 32nd (+31), followed by Eckert in 36th (+33) and Harlow in 49th (+43).

The Lions climbed from 11th after round one into ninth after round two and held that position through the final round, closing the tournament at (+125).
