ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri Southern track & field concluded the 2026 Miner Invitational with a strong showing Saturday at Allgood-Bailey Stadium.
Seven Lions notched first place finishes paced by
Allyssa Mahone who took first in both discus (52.66m) and shot put (14.79m) with a pair of personal bests and NCAA qualifying marks.
Aryah Moore won the women's 100-meter hurdles in 14.17 while
Maksym Andurukhiv claimed first in the men's 110-meter hurdles (14.33).
Phillip Jefferson notched the top spot in the men's 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 51.84.
Garrett Strange hurled the javelin 64.90m to win the event.
Abby Hobbs and her twin sister,
Emma Hobbs, secured the top-two spots in the women's pole vault, overcoming heights of 3.90m.
Eight MSSU student-athletes registered NCAA qualifying marks.
