JOPLIN, Mo. – No. 7-ranked Missouri Southern softball announced Wednesday that the Lions' will play their home-opening MIAA/GLVC Crossover (Feb. 20-21) games this weekend at Joplin High School.
 
Game times will remain the same despite the shift in location from the Pat Lipira Softball Complex. The Lions will take on Missouri-St. Louis Friday, Feb. 20 in a doubleheader beginning at 3 p.m., CT. MSSU will then host McKendree in a Saturday, Feb. 21 doubleheader with first pitch at 1 p.m.
 
Fans planning to attend this weekend's MIAA/GLVC Crossover softball games are encouraged to park at the parking lot near 24th and Ohio which is directly across from the Joplin HS tennis courts.
