JOPLIN, Mo. – Missouri Southern men's and women's basketball are both in action this week over Thanksgiving to kick off the holiday season.
 
The Lion men play both sides of the Thanksgiving break at home, hosting Rockhurst University Tuesday and Tabor College Saturday at Robert Ellis Young Gymnasium
 
Women's basketball heads to Springfield for the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center Thanksgiving Classic where the Lions will play host, Drury, on Tuesday and Truman State University Wednesday. MSSU wraps the weekend Saturday at Southern Nazarene University.
