JOPLIN, Mo. – Missouri Southern Athletics gears up for another action-packed week as men's golf tees off at the
UCO Skip Wagnon Invitational in Edmond, Oklahoma. Volleyball takes the court three times, opening on the road against Central Missouri before returning home to face Newman and rival Pittsburg State. The women's soccer team hosts a weekend doubleheader at Hal Boden Field, taking on Washburn and Emporia State. Football hits the road to face Emporia State, looking to secure a key conference win.
MSSU also hosts its third Lion Pride Luncheon of the fall on Friday. Former Men's Basketball Coach Robert Corn and members of the 1999-00 team will be the guests. Food catered by Charlie's Chicken.
