Joplin, Mo. - The Missouri Southern women's soccer team hosted the Bulldogs of Southwestern Oklahoma State on Saturday, September 14. Two goals to begin the second half from the Bulldogs was enough to pull out the win over the Lions, 2-1. The Lions moved to a 0-2-2 record on the season.
First Half
Bella Smith was a brick wall in the first half, saving four shots on goal from the Bulldogs. Zujiely Romero led the Lions in shot attempts with a shot in the 24th minute.
