Joplin, Mo. - The Missouri Southern softball program will be on the road this week with conference double headers against Nebraska - Kearney and Fort Hays State beginning Saturday Apr. 1st against the Lopers.
The Lions (22-7, 7-1 MIAA) were originally scheduled to play on Friday and Saturday this weekend but field conditions pushed the double headers back a day. Southern will play Nebraska - Kearney (12-18, 3-3 MIAA) on Saturday Apr. 1st from Patriot Park with game time set for 2:00pm and 4:00pm approximately before wrapping up the weekend in Hays, Kan. against Fort Hays State (22-11, 4-2 MIAA) at Fleharty Family Field with game time set for 12:00pm and 2:00pm on Sunday Apr. 2nd.
