Topeka, Kan. - Wrapping up their final road series, the MSSU volleyball team was visiting the #21 ranked Washburn, facing the Ichabods for the second time this season. The hosts took the match 3-1, dropping the Lions to 12-11 (5-9 MIAA) on the year.

Washburn jumped to an early 1-0 lead with a 25-11 first set victory. Bouncing back, the Lions evened the score with a strong 25-15 win of their own. Using their home court advantage, the Ichabods won the third set 25-12 and the fourth set 25-18, taking the match 3-1.
