Joplin, Mo. - Due to possible rain throughout Thursday and Friday, the Missouri Southern softball team will begin its Kansas road trip against Washburn and Emporia State on Saturday at 2:00 pm.

Sunday: Emporia State (DH) - 12/2 pm
 
The Lions (11-14) are coming off a doubleheader split with current 14th-ranked Augustana last weekend, snapping the Vikings 11-game winning streak in game number one by score of 3-1.
