2022 - Laver started in seven games in goal for the Lions ... Finished with 585:00 minutes played with 39 saves, a .672 save percentage, 2.92 GAA and a shutout ... Collected a season-high seven saves against #19 Minnesota State - Mankato (Aug. 26), at Drury (Sep. 4), #19 Central Missouri (Sep. 9) and Northwest Missouri (Oct. 21) ... Finishes her career with her name all over the top-ten career list at Southern with 3,712:36 minutes the fourth most, five shutouts tied for fifth, 185 saves good for sixth, 34 games played the seventh most, 1.70 GAA (Goals Against Average) and 5.44 saves per game are eighth with 6 wins being the ninth best amount.

2021 - Laver appeared and started in 14 games for the Lions in goal ... Finished the season with 1,222:19 minutes played with a .772 save percentage, 1.55 GAA and three shutouts (T-7th in single-season history at MSSU) with 71 saves ... Played the full game in 12 matches ... Registered nine saves against Minnesota State (Sep. 4) ... Picked up shutouts against Southern Nazarene (Sep. 11), Rogers State (Oct. 1) and Nebraska-Kearney (Oct. 15) ... Became the first Lion since Carly Cecil in 2015 to be named MIAA Player of the Week (Offensive, Defensive or Goalkeeper), being named the Goalkeeper of the Week for Week Two ... Among MIAA ranks she was fourth in saves per game (5.07), eighth in saves (71) and 9th in shutouts per game (.214) ... Currently among career ranks at MSSU ranks tied for sixth in shutouts (4), seventh in saves (146) and eighth in minutes played in goal (2,317:36).

2020 - The fall season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the season was abbreviated and moved to the spring … Participated in the spring season as a goalie  ... Named to the MIAA Honor Roll and the USCA College Player Award of Distinction recipient.

2019 - Laver emerged as the starting goalie for the Lions in her freshman year appearing in 13 games starting 12... Finished the season with 1,094 minutes between the sticks securing a shutout against Drury (Sep. 13) while picking up 75 saves on the season (T-10th in single-season history at MSSU) ... Named to the MIAA transfer and first-year Academic Honor Roll and the USCA College Player Award of Distinction recipient.

Prior to Southern - Laver played four sports (two seasons for soccer) for the Mavericks at La Costa Canyon High School in California … earned MVP and Defensive MVP recognition and played in every game of the 2018 campaign as the squad reached the quarter finals of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) championship bracket … part of the field hockey and track and file squads for three seasons … ended up being the only sophomore to make the varsity field hockey team in 2017 and two years later named caption as a senior as the squad appeared in the CIF semifinals (2016) and quarterfinals (2017) in consecutive years … participated in the 300 meter hurdles, 400 meter run, and 4x4 relay during the spring by registering a career-time of 50.3  (300), 61.2 (400), and 60.3 (4x4) towards winning the league in 2017 and finishing sixth in the CIF 4x4 relay in 2018.

Personal - Riley is the daughter of Sue and Rick Laver and is majoring in international business at Southern.
