Biography

Prior to Southern  
Rader transferred to Missouri Southern after spending two seasons at Waubonsee Community College. Played both soccer and basketball for the Chiefs. She earned Illinois Skyway Conference and NJCAA Region 4 Second Team honors during the 2024 season. She continued her success in 2025, collecting All-Conference and All-Region First Team recognition in soccer. A multi-sport standout, Rader also earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in basketball during the 2024-25 season. She appeared in 30 soccer matches (all starts) registering four assists on eight shots (6 SOG). For Waubonsee CC basketball, played in 30 games (11 starts) at guard over 2024-25 season averaging 4.0 points per game (119 points on a 35.4 field goal percentage).
