MIAA Academic Honor Roll - 2023 and 2024
2025- Ran in 4 meets. Posted a career best 6k time of 22:59 at the 2025 MIAA Cross Country Championships (10/25/25). Finished 18th (19:20) at the SBU Bearcat XC Invitational (9/5/25).
2024 - Ran a season-best of 19:54.5 in the 5k at the Southern Stampede on Sept 20.
2023 - At the Chile Pepper Festival, ran a season-best in the 5k on Sept 30 with a time of 19:22.3 ... Ran a season best time of 24:49.6 in the 6k at the MIAA Cross Country Championships on Oct 20.
2022 - Ran a personal best time of 23:23.1 at the NCAA Central Region Championships on Nov. 19 in the 6k race ... Had personal best times of 18:59.3 in the 5k at the Missouri Southern Stampede on Sep. 17 and at the Rogers State Invite had a time of 15:51.6 in the 4k race on Sep. 1.
Prior to Southern
Bundy prepped at Webb City High School, where she competed on the cross country team under Coach Dustin Miller. As a senior, she was named All-Conference and was part of the Cardinals' 4x800-meter relay team that earned All-State honors. Her personal best times include 20:10 in the 5,000-meter, 5:40 in the 1,600-meter, and 2:28 in the 800-meter run.
