Prior to Southern
Pyle, a multi-sport athlete, excelled in basketball, softball, and volleyball throughout high school. In basketball, they averaged 18 points and 11 rebounds per game as a senior and surpassed 1,000 career points. They earned first-team all-conference honors in basketball from sophomore through senior years and was named first-team all-state as a senior, along with being a 3A Player of the Year finalist. Pyle also earned all-state honors in softball and was a key player on the 2022 3A state championship softball team. Additionally, they received first-team all-conference honors in volleyball during their junior and senior years. At Cowley College, they continued their strong basketball performance, averaging around 11 points and 5.6 rebounds per game over two seasons.

Hattie, daughter of Mike and Janelle Pyle, is pursuing a degree in Physical Education at Southern.
