Luke Huddleston enters his first season as an Assistant Coach with the Missouri Southern Women’s Basketball program in 2025-26.
Huddleston comes to MSSU after a successful season at Columbus State University, where he helped guide the Cougars to a 21-9 record and a berth in the second round of the NCAA Division II Tournament. CSU ranked in the top 10 nationally in both steals per game and forced turnovers per game during the 2024-25 season, with three players earning Peach Belt Conference honors.
Prior to Columbus State, Huddleston spent two seasons (2022–24) at Pittsburg State University. In his first year, the Gorillas went 23-8, advancing to the semifinals of the NCAA Division II Central Regional, with four players receiving MIAA honors. The following season, PSU captured its first-ever MIAA Tournament Championship, returned to the NCAA Tournament, and finished with a 24-8 record. That squad featured two First-Team All-MIAA selections.
Huddleston also spent the 2021-22 season at LaGrange College, helping lead the Panthers to a 15-10 record and a third-place finish in the USA South West Division.
A native of LaGrange, Georgia, Huddleston is a two-time graduate of the University of West Georgia, earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sport Management, with a minor in Marketing.
