Prior to Southern
Tallman prepped at Owasso High School, where she was a four-year letter winner as a pitcher. She was named District Pitcher of the Year twice, earned All-District First-Team honors, and received All-Region and All-State recognition. Tallman was part of Rams teams that won district and regional championships (freshman through junior years) and finished as state runners-up her junior and senior seasons.
