2010-11:

At Iowa Central CC - two-year performer at ICCC, Juhl was part of the 2010 Indoor and Outdoor National Championship 4x800m relay team. That relay team broke both the indoor and outdoor 4x800m relay records for the school.

In High School - was a three-time state qualifier in various different events, and holds the school record as part of the distance medley relay team.

Personal - undecided on major...born December 27, 1989 in Estherville, Iowa...son of Don and Terresa Juhl...has one sister, Brandy.
